About Ascending
Upgrade all Ascends (Cell, Gene, Germ, Fungi) to Level 1 first, then push them to Level 2. This gives you Combat Speed faster.
You need 50 Bio-Essences to unlock Ascension Level 1, then 100 Bio-Essences for each level after that.
